Neon One Mile Fun Run/Walk

@ Ballman Track. Entry fee is $5 per person. Will be donating the money to the Fort Smith Children's Emergency Shelter. Participants will be sprayed with neon paint and will receive a water after the run/walk. There will be other refreshments and neon "glow" items for sale.
